There is a strict 72 hour cancellation policy and no show policy.

Instructions for scheduling:
Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to select service type. It will say "select a category..." the categories will be listed below. Upon selecting your service, date and time; you will be given the option to pay in full or pay with a booking fee. Please be sure if you do not want to pay in full, you must select the last option to pay with the booking fee, not the first option to pay in full.

After scheduling you will receive an email with our Address, Policy, Pre and Post Care Instructions.
These are also available on our website.
Please select the appropriate appointment type, you will be charged according to what is needed even if the wrong one is selected.
New Services / Cover-ups are under the new service tab.
Touch-ups/ Perfecting sessions are what you schedule after this first session is completed as a follow up and to perfect. Touch-ups are not included in the new service rate, pricing is available below by clicking the touch-up tab.
Color Boost appointments are scheduled 7 months - 3 years post procedure (standard is 1-3 years) to refresh fading. These are only available to Becca's returning clients, over her work. If it had been more than 3 years, please schedule a New Service Appointment as it will take the full amount of time.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No Shows
You have 72 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or
reschedule without penalty.

All new appointments require a $150 booking fee. Color Boosts require a $100 booking fee. Touch-ups require a $50 booking fee.
The booking fee is non-refundable. It is only able to be
transferred if it is outside the 72-hour window. If cancellation/rescheduling
is inside the window, you will forfeit the previous booking fee and be
required to pay a new booking fee at time of scheduling your new
appointment. When rescheduling outside the 72-hour window,
the booking fee is only transferable 6 months from the date it
was originally charged.
